Dear councillors , I would really like to share this story with u guys , but i will post it bit by bit , its a book! haha . Hv you guys heard of the book "
Who Moved My Cheese" by DR Spencer Johnson . .? Its really a nice book .
Chapter 1 .
ONCE, long ago in a land far away , there lived four characters who ran through a Maze looking for cheese to nourish them and make them happy. Two were mice , named " Sniff " and "Scurry"
and two were Littlepeople-beings who were as small as mice but looked and acted a lot like people today . Their names were" Hem" and Haw" . Due to their small size , it would be easy not to notice what the four of them were doing . But if you looked closely enough , you could discover the most amazing things!
Everyday the mice and the littlepeople spent time in the maze looking for their own special cheese. The mice , Sniff and Scurry , possessing simple brains and good instincts, searched for the hard nibbling cheese they liked , as mice often do . The littlepeople , Hem and Haw , used their complex brains , filled with many beliefs and emotions , to search for a very different kind of Cheese-with a capital C- which they believed would make them feel happy and successful.
As different as the mice and the littlepeople were, they shared something in common : every morning , they each put on their jogging suits and running shoes , left their little homes, and raced out into the Maze looking for their favourite cheese.
The maze was a labyrinth of corridors and chambers , some containing delicious cheese. But there were also dark corners and blind alleys leading nowhere. It was an easy place for anyone to get lost. However , for those who found their way , the Mze held secrets that let them enjoy a better life .

a very nice quote from the book "Who Moved My Cheese"
" Life is no straight and easy corridor along
which we travel free and unhampered,
but a maze of passages ,
through which we must seek our way ,
lost and confused , now and again
checked in a blind alley .
But always , if we have faith ,
a door will open for us ,
not perhaps one that we ourselves
would ever have thought of ,
but one that will ultimately
prove good for us ."

Hey councillors, hope you guys are all geared up for the upcoming end of year examinations! If not, you guys better stop playing and start revising!
Just a gentle reminder, in case some of you guys do not know, even though the investiture is over, we can still take that rectangular badge away from you guys. Its hard to earn that badge, but it is pretty easy to lose it, so live up to the standards and expectations and safeguard your badges X)
Anyway, there will be a General Meeting (GM) soon for the Teachers' Day and Investiture's de-brief. Fusion, be prepared to plan cohension day, a day when the whole council go out and have some fun together. Also, start deciding on which committee you would like to join next year. Don't worry, everything would be after the EOYs. Ya, so work hard for the EOYs and we look forward to the activities after the exams ((:
Good luck guys!!!
TO LEAD, TO CARE, TO SERVE
With loves
